Accessing and using this website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. Anyone who does not agree is asked not to use the site.

This website is exclusively informational and illustrative of Worksdem S.R.L.'s activities: product engineering studio, custom software development, mobile apps, SaaS platforms and proprietary products. The information provided does not constitute a contractual offer.

(iFototessere, SantaAI, BarberTribe, Sumetrika, Palestre in Cloud) are distributed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) subject to their respective terms and conditions. The purchase and use of these products are governed by specific terms available on their respective distribution platforms.

Worksdem S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the use of the site, the Court of Catania has exclusive jurisdiction.
